On Call International Employee
"Low Pay, Low Reward"
Current Employee - Transportation Assistance Coordinator in Salem, NH
Doesn't Recommend- Neutral Outlook -Approves of CEO 6/7/18
I have been working at On Call International full-time (More than 3 years)
Pros - Three-day weekends every week - Minimal work experience/education required
Cons There is very little room for career growth within my department as we’re trained on only a small set of skills. I saw my first raise in three years this year; a measly increase of $1.00 additional/hour. Ever since HCC bought out the company, I’ve seen employee morale plummet and the turnover rate increase drastically. It doesn’t seem like upper management really cares about their employees.
Advice to Management Pay your employees more: they’re the backbones of the company and without them you’d be unable to function.
