Pros Great Co-workers Free lunch sometimes Casual/ Dress down days 401k Medical Insurance They did give us a bonus, not sure if it will be an every year thing..

Cons Raises barely cover the rise in insurance cost They used to have this nice program that if you came in for OT you would get a gift card. Now all they do is Buy Back points, which are worthless if you have good attendance. Stressful Job Shift bid- they don't tell you this when hired. I was hired for a certain shift, then they make you bid on that shift against others a few times a year. Seniority rules …

Advice to Management Show respect those under you. Increase raise amounts.
